Clear timelines for how TryQorva packs, ships, and tracks every order worldwide.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days usually ship the same day. All other orders ship within 24 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email when the label is created.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping is free on orders over $100 in supported regions (typically 3–5 business days). Express shipping is available at checkout (typically 1–2 business days). Rates for smaller orders are calculated live based on destination and weight.
International Shipping
We currently ship to 12 countries. Duties and taxes may apply depending on local customs rules and are shown at checkout when available. Delivery windows vary by destination (usually 5–12 business days).
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is with the carrier. Use Track Order on the site or your account dashboard for live status updates.
Shipping Delays
Weather, carrier capacity, and customs inspections can add time. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, WhatsApp or call +1 (734) 299-9171, or email support@tryqorva.com with your order number.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will replace the item or refund the order after a short investigation with the carrier.
