How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return for unused items in original packaging.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Can I exchange for another color?

Yes. Start a return and place a new order for the preferred color, or contact support for a guided exchange.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included. Ear tips and hygiene-sensitive parts may be excluded once opened — contact support if unsure.

How to Start a Return

1) Open Support or your account dashboard. 2) Share your order number and reason for return. 3) Print the prepaid label we email you (where available). 4) Drop the parcel at the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees on free-shipping orders may be deducted if the remaining order value falls below $100.

Exchanges

Need another color or model? Start a return and place a new order, or ask support for a guided exchange so you are not without audio gear.
